Friday:

Today we arrived at Hohenroda. We had first contact with Olivia and John including a first "photo session" this evening. 

Tomorrow there will be some official topics with John and Olivia including one hour photo session and of course the gala dinner.
This evening it was just meeting John and Olivia after the dinner at the restaurant. Susanne showed her the portraits she made. Afterwards Olivia took some photos with the fans.
Tomorrow the photo session is part of the official Summit program between 6 and 7 pm - just before the gala dinner.

I do not know whether official press is invited. 
Tomorrow morning 10 to 12:30 John and Olivia will tell us about "The new AmazonHerb 2009 strategy" 

and on Sunday from 10 to 11 about "News from the rain forrest / ACEER partnership".

Saturday:
Today Olivia performed one song "Grace & Gratitude" in the morning. There was no performance during or after

the gala dinner today. Maybe tomorrow..............
Photo shooting with John and Olivia: no official press was there, just AmazonHerb plus fans. 

We asked Olivia to make a photo with all OO fans. She agreed, so we did it. 

I will get the photo during next days from Bianka!

Monday:

Being home again:-) This was a very exiting weekend! We felt a very special spirit during these days - maybe just

because of Zamu ;-) (Zamu is the new Camu Camu drink from AmazonHerb)

No! We believe that there is a special "Olivia spirit" making strangers feeling as friends knowing for a long time!
Three days full of exiting moments with Olivia and John. Never thought Olivia would be so "present" at this meeting.

She really took a lot of time for us:-) 

And Bianka from AmazonHerb did a excellent job caring for our special needs!
Today - at the end of the summit - Olivia performed "Let go let god" and "Pearls on a chain".

There was a very special performance done by the whole audience during the last song by building

a "real" chain hand by hand! 

I just added one Summit picture at my profile. 

It was taken in the foyer of the congress centre, because Olivia asked us to make some group photos with her camera too;-)
